We stand by everything we sell, 100%. If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at customerservice@throughourlens.ca.

Because of the nature of this product, we can provide refunds or replacements for damaged or defective goods only.  We’ll make it right – from reprinting your order or issuing a refund in full for damaged products. We’ll even cover shipping. Simple as that.

First, contact us by email at customerservice@throughourlens.ca  and let us know exactly what your issue is and attach a photo of your damaged product.

Upon receipt of your e-mail and photo of the damaged product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect.
