What are the leasing rates/fees?
The leasing rates are derived from the Photographic Art Collection’s fair market value.
Leasing rates/fees start at $6.50/month per piece.
PLEASE NOTE: Installation or delivery cost not included please see below for more information.
Is there a minimum or maximum lease time?
The minimum lease period is 1 month.
The maximum lease period is 12 months.
Can a business lease art for their office?
Yes. Lease fees are a deductable business expense as well as any purchase of photographic artwork is a deductable business asset.
As a home stager do you provide Leasing services?
Yes. Our photographic art lease program is a perfect solution for home staging.
I am selling my home privately. Can I rent art from you?
Yes. We provide our photographic art lease program for residential use and it is the perfect choice for the do it yourself home stagger.
Can I purchase the art that I am leasing?
Yes. If you’d like to purchase the photographic art you’re leasing, we’ll credit a percentage of the monthly leasing fee paid to the purchase price. (please refer to the agreement for more information on Continuation or Purchase)
Do you install the artwork?
Yes. We are responsible for the delivery of all photographic art to our clients. Installation is an optional arrangement that can be made with Nature’s Bounty Art Gallery Inc.
Please note that there are additional charges associated with delivery and installation.
